Villa Marietta is located in Civitanova Marche, agreeable and quiet small town on the Adriatic Sea, whose coast itself frieze of the dark blue Flag.  

Just a few steps from the sea and from the center of the town, surrounded by green hills, this delightful Villa, of the first years of the nineteen hundred, is ready to supply hospitality to those who would like to visit the Marks, either for business or for vacation, to give them  a pleasant and relaxing their stay.  

Villa Marietta was  recently completely restored, leaving unchanged its elegant original art nouveau’structure and it is pleasantly furnished with the furniture of the family.  

The Rooms, all with twin-beds or with large-bed, are spacious and comfortable and are all with  private bath and autonomous air-conditioning unit.  
One of the rooms is supplied for the otherwise capable.  

Besides, a living- room is at guests’disposal.

The Villa offers a spacious, private unattended parking area, a part of which is reserved for the guests of the Villa.  

The hosts will receive a friendly and courteous welcome, also in foreign language, to any arrival time, preventively agreed.
